Ideation

Services:

  • Brainstorming and ideation for event themes, colors, activities, and decor

  • 1 initial 30-minute meeting to discuss ideas, up to 2 additional meetings if needed

  • Mood boards

Event Size Guidelines:

  • Suitable for events with up to 500 attendees.

  • Additional surcharge may apply for events exceeding 500 attendees.

Price Range:

  • $500 - $1,000

Comprehensive Planning

Services (Includes Tier 1 services plus):

  • Consultation on run of show and event timeline

  • Marketing ideation and strategy

  • Task list creation and high level management

  • Vendor coordination 

  • Monthly meetings for 6 months leading up to the event, more frequent as needed

Event Size Guidelines:

  • Recommended for events with up to 750 attendees.

  • Additional surcharge may apply for events exceeding 750 attendees.

Price Range:

  • $2,500 - $5,000

Full Service Execution

Services (Includes Tier 2 services plus):

  • Day-of staffing for seamless event execution

  • On-site event coordination

  • Detailed event blueprint

  • Post-event debrief and evaluation

  • Additional surcharge may apply for events exceeding 1000 attendees.
